Archery
Jack Briggs reported that the range is open. Most of the range has been trimmed prior to the storm. Thanks to those members who helped with clean up. There are 2 3-D targets out for deer season so practice up.

Fish
Pres. Berube reported that the tentative stocking of the pond on September 17th has been canceled until around October 15th. Due to two reasons: one being the present water temperatures, it's still a bit warm to stock trout and two the slight lowering of the pond to facilitate the replacement of the culverts going under the road by the pistol range. Any changes or notifications will be made at the October meeting.

Game
Paul Soares reported for Brian Stevens that the porketta was held on August 6th and 156 tickets were sold. The black powder gun was raffled off and won by Alan Keeler. Thanks to the kitchen help; all the members that helped set-up, served, and cleaned up; and the people that donated raffle items. on September 17th, they will be having a work party to help on the pen. Birds will be arriving at the end of September. On Saturday, October 1st the hunts will begin. Prior to the start of the hunt, a meeting will be held in the Club at 8:00AM to go over the rules.

Land and Pond
Pres. Berube gave an updated report.

Trap
Dario DePasquale reported that the summer months proved to be a fantastic time for Trap. They exceeded all our expectations of participation. They have several new shooters as well as their usual group. John Piotrowski, Jr., a Junior Member and Boy Scouts of Troop 1122 from Uxbridge achieved 25 clays in a row. The Trap Range continues to be open on Thursday evenings at 6:00PM, as long as daylight savings is with us. As always the Trap is opened on Sundays, starting at 10AM. Weather permitting. The Trap is opened to the public. First time shooters are welcomed. They are not competitive; any shot is a good shot. Happy Trapping!

Rifle
Ray Moloney, Sr. reported that he briefly stopped at the range and ended up picking up a lot of cardboard that was around.

Grounds and Maintenance
Rich Sullivan reported that there was minimum damage from the storm. There's a lot of debris on the grounds. This weekend they will be around to clean up, if anyone is interested in helping just show up.

Kitchen
Ron Choquette reported that the porketta was a success. He thanked everyone that helped out. The kitchen will be opened on Saturday's for the pheasant hunts.

Membership
Pres. Berube reported that the updated probationary attendance/work hour/waiting lists are posted in the glass cabinet. If your hours don’t match what has been posted, remember to keep your slips and check with the chairperson who signed it for you to make sure they reported your time to get your credit for all hours worked. Also, as we all know we’re well into our 2011 membership year and there are a number of probationary members that have few or no meetings or work hour requirements met at this point. If you are one of those people or someone who has sponsored one of these people, talk to them and I would strongly suggest that you or they get in touch with one of the chairman to get your commitment to the club done. Otherwise before you know it, there will not be time to do it!!

Newsletter
Pres. Berube reported that he has had a few returns on the Goal paper, so if you haven’t received it, have patience as he has sent a new and completely updated/revised membership list to the Editor of the “The Outdoor Message.” That being said, if you are already a member of Goal let him know, so he can contact them and avoid duplication of papers being sent to you.

Work Hours
Durk Lawson reported that the updated list is posted in the cabinet.

Club House
Steve Bedard reported that he's always looking for help or if you need hours give him a call or just show up there's plenty to do around the Club House.
